We are a small collection of residences located in Devon and Cornwall, privately owned and managed by Iain and Jack White-Duncan.

The main residence is One Drake Road, a six-bedroom boutique hotel located in the centre of Tavistock in the heart of Devon..  Located a stones throw away is Four Russell House, a luxury studio apartment, again in central Tavistock.  Paddons is an impressive 3-bedroom self-catering apartment in Tavistock and last but no least, Fourteen Providence is a one-bedroom cottage in Calstock, over the border in Cornwall.

Jack and I have been operating One Drake Road for nearly five years, two years ago we bought Fourteen Providence and in 2023 we purchased Four Russell House and Paddons.

We are multi-award winning operators, with a raft of hospitality and service awards.
